Apparently he was destroyed by practically every major Romantic era player.

GM Ben Finegold often says that worst player in history is N.N. because he lost every game through centuries. But it is not completely true. I saw a game when N.N. Destroyed Fischer. It was in simul (of course) and it was two knights with Ng5 d5 exd5 Nd4
