Which is a better chess attack and why?

Forking a Queen and King as even of the king is able to capture the knight, the loss of material will be less compared to losing a rook if you pin the queen to the king using a rook. But it depends whether you think a knight or bishop is more useful than the other.

It really depends on your style and the position on the board. I prefer the King's Indian Attack for its flexibility and surprise factor. You can build up pressure gradually and keep your opponent guessing. But if you’re more aggressive, the Sicilian Defense can really throw your opponent off balance right from the start.
