where is the submit move button??

I have activated the "submit move" button in my settings, but I can't see it on the screen when the game board is showing. I've been away from chess and chess.com for a long time so please forgive my stunned question. Any help will be appreciated.

Yesterday, someone started a game with me and made the first move. I could not find any way to submit my responding move and I lost the game (it was aborted apparently because I apparently had not responded in time.)

Merci beaucoup.

You drag the piece with your mouse or your finger wherever it may legally go.

The submit button allows you to confirm that you really meant to make whatever move you made.

Thanks. I cannot see the submit button on the screen. What does it look like and where it is located? Can you send a screenshot please? Merci beaucoup.

It's only available on the mobile apps. It's not used on the website for playing live chess.

I play on the website.

Here it is on android:

If you are using one of the apps, I would turn the option off.

It just slows down your play.

It's not necessary. I rarely fat-finger a move.

On a PC: go to SETTINGS / Daily Chess:  Toggle the option: "Use submit button to confirm move (recommended)"

.  I don't see the "submit button" on my PC so I hit "enter" and hope it saves my move.

Re the "Submit" button to confirm moves - I'm playing on an Android phone and Android tablet, on both of which I've toggled the button to use "Submit", but it never appears on my screen. I have lost games from dropping a move onto an unintended square, which is really frustrating. How can I make the Submit button work? Thank you.

A not uncommon condition thanks to confusing instructions.

And how about “submit” being mistaken for “yield” ?!
