Here's my definition: to be. considered a super GM, a player must be 1) rated 2700+ FIDE and/or 2) be a former world champion. So, even though Kasparov's rating is under 2700, I would consider him a super GM.

A Super GM uses an engine. A GM doesn't use an engine. Thus the huge difference in rating.

Therefore I am a GM

So a cheater is a Super GM temporarily .
