Are you sure you want Erik? He's the CEO, and probably has nothing to do with whatever it was you wanted him for.

To straighten out problems with your accounts, you need to contact Support, which you can do through the Support links. https://chess.com/support

Why not just play with the account that you just opened?

If you look at the profile of the account it will show the closure reason with a link to the article explaining why that can be closed.

You should also have received an email in the address associated with the closed account about your options. You might check your junk/spam folders to see if it got filtered.

Otherwise, you'll need to contact Support as suggested by @justbefair
