Well in 2023 my friend started the year with like 400 elo and ended it with 2300, so its possible

That's not a thing lol You don't just become a GM. Even with the impossibility that you somehow went from noob to GM in a week, you would have to have 4 norms which wouldn't be feasible in a week. And just because you get passed 2000 elo or even closer to 2500, it's not the same as a Fida rating. Ask Gotham.
