What kind of accuracy can you expect from someone with an estimated IQ of 90?

The simplest reason everyone should expect top chess players to have typically moderately high IQs (rather than stellar or average) is that you can be pretty sure there is a fairly modest correlation between the two stats (Elo and IQ). It is certainly not going to be so close to 1 that top chess players would all be in the truly exceptional IQs. Kasparov's IQ is one significant point of data that quite strongly supports this hypothesis, and I have not actually seen any evidence against it.

If anyone is wondering why I would expect only a moderate corelation is that from data for large numbers of people in different professions, even the most demanding of convergent thinking are only associated with very moderate average IQs (120s to 130s at most).

Due to the specialisation involved, I would not expect the variation in IQ among GMs to be more than very weakly associated with their standing in that elite group (this again is based on some results that within demanding professions IQ is not indicative of relative excellence).

But is not as a Jedi trick ? The bests in "_ _ _ _ " I imagine lots of things can be considered moderately smart.

I realize this is a little too complex for you, but when I mentioned scoring 65 in an online IQ test, there was an important point. I scored the minimum possible. It was possible to do this because I knew the correct answer to every question and avoided every one. The possible scores ranged from 135 to 65. I know this because I achieved both scores. The 65 was my second effort.

Neither score was of any value for estimating my true IQ. It was an online test.

It was the Raven's 2 Progressive Matrices test, a real IQ test. 135 isn't the highest score.

Yes, it was via Facebook. The test was posting scores of people who had not taken the test. They posted one for me and my sister-in-law bragged that she scored higher than me. Then, I took the test and scored higher than her, but her score was quite good. I was not surprised. She’s always struck me as much brighter than my brother, her husband.

They posted the score of my representative in Congress. Had she actually taken the test, she would have scored lower, probably 105.

Nepotamy is considerably a troll. He makes bogus and crazy claims with no backed up evidence and just goes "well my mentor said it sooo it has to be right" while also clearly insulting and stirring up drama, the people that insulted him simply just fought back after he insulted them.

Just a few moments ago a person tried to fight me on the street, a street artist who juggles for car drivers who stop at the traffic light. His partner is a female violinist who does not attend the streets today, so I give him applause and wait for him to finish his art to cross the streets respectfully. He smiles and I tell him that I miss the violin today. That is enough for his madness, and he clarifies to me that she is "his woman" and he loves to break faces by hitting people. On the streets here I cannot escape. It is the worst on my neighborhood codes... So I only confront him verbally, nose to nose, a different show for car drivers today. I repeat to him that I like to saw both as artists because I am an artist too,also I contribute with money to "her woman" art but he insults me saying to me Fat and mockery of my and my supossed art always trying to start a fight. Speaking is an art and we all need to learn to communicate better every day.
