Your best bet would be lichess simuls or meeting titled players at tournaments (either otb or online). I’ve had the pleasure of playing quite a few (though with a predictably poor win rate) but they’re unlikely to play you for fun as they gain nothing from it. They will win >99% of the games with you so they don’t need to do it, and the <1% they lose would be embarrassing for them as they’ve dedicated their lives to mastery of a game where you’re just becoming an intermediate player.
So play charity tournaments - I played my first three titles players in the ECF Ukraine appeal. Play simuls - I’ve played half a dozen like that. Or get paired against CMs or WCMs who have lower ratings.
