Eat well and get lots of sleep. I'd even recommend not doing any chess related activity at all a few days before a tournament. This makes you "hungry" for chess during the tournament (easier to stay motivated / avoid burn out at the board).
I will however do ~10 minutes of simple tactic puzzles before the first round to wake up my chess brain so to speak.
