The only thing I see which delays it a bit is Rc3 by White
its mate in 4 with Qh4
Rxh2 should have been a brilliant move i dont know why stockfish says it was an innacuracy
Look at the top engine line for white, I guarantee you you’ll find a line where white gets 7+ moves before getting mated, depending on how deep you have your engine set to
It was probably an inaccuracy because there was a way to get mate much faster

#1 Best move is Qh4 to mate in 4 moves. Rxh2 allows Kxh2 which delays mate by 15 moves. That's why Rxh2 is inaccurate. Before the Rook move, Black had a 9-point material advantage and the space in front of the White King was only defended by the d4-Knight. Without a Queen, White did the right thing by resigning.
