There is nobody with a SWAP board at this time. The Swap board is currently still in the prototype phase.
A Superbacker just posted this over in the comments section. I didn't post his name, but you can check for yourself if that's important. Doesn't help us Swap folks, but at least something (the first 100) is shipping...
I just received the FedEx tracking info for my NEO (USA backer). Should have some info to report next week, when it arrives

Okay, I too was annoyed at the delays, but since I was backer #2257 I knew it would be a while before I got mine. Imagine my delight when it arrived today -- and IT. IS. AWESOME. The A.I. beat me in three games so far and the seven-year-old so far. The four-year-old was the most amazed: "It's like Ghostbusters: Afterlife!" Really impressive product.
I wish there had been a bit more documentation to explain the best way of interacting with the board, but we figured it out. Basically, you want to make sure to ALWAYS lift and place a piece, never slide it more than one square at a time (otherwise the board doesn't realize it's moved more than one square.) You also need to REMOVE the opponent's piece BEFORE you move the attacker's piece, otherwise the sensor gets confused. I also experienced a bizarre glitch on my first game which didn't recognize that I had placed the computer in check, but it may have been a misunderstanding on how the piece was lifted and put back down. It definitely helps to keep the app open with the board showing so that you're clear that everything is where it should be if the board gets confused. But once I learned how to best interact with it I haven't had that problem yet.
Anyway, just wanted to say congrats to the development team. I do hope it's durable and lasts for years, because it's truly one of the coolest products I've ever bought from Kickstarter or Indiegogo. For those frustrated with the delays, I hear ya, but don't give up! It's really, really great.

I've been reading around and these guys rep is in the gutter over customer services or very much a lack there of and constantly delaying products.
I'm about to pay my full amount after paying £29 deposit for a swap. Should I cancel?
I know people have been waiting years for this board which is bad enough but to then not even receive a board and no way to get a refund as your card will only cover you for 90 days if your lucky.
Is it safe but you just have to wait or cancel immediately and get my money back?

As per their last update they shipped NEO to all US backers and 100 SWAP.
And next plan from their update was "assembly of the next set of 1000 Neo boards and 500 SWAP boards was being carried in full swing and has been on a satisfactory trajectory towards completion"

New to this site , I sign up after just pre-ordered the SWAP from Square Off’s website.
Apparently I'm in batch 2 and should get the board in Match 2023 *fingers crossed”.
Haven’t played chess in years, did a few apps a while back but the POV I did not get on with and prefer an actual board, so buying this means I can use a board while taking advantage of the world of online chess, and chess is something I’ve always wanted to get back into but know one I know likes chess, so I’m excited .
While I wait for my board I might just have to learning about different ratings, what the different A.I names mean and everything else relating to online chess . Plus brush up on my skill as everyone on here will probably beat me at the moment lol.
Reading this thread and watching YouTube regarding Square Off boards after my impulse purchase has reassured me I’ve done the right thing and it seems a majority of people have had great experiences once they do finally receive their board.

As of this post, no one has received their SWAP in the last 3 years. They probably will deliver, but don't expect it March of 2023.

I really hope they are worth the wait.
