It depends on what your goals are with chess. If you would like to see incremental improvement in your game, play slower time controls and study your mistakes. And if you don't care about improvement, play lots of short games and have fun.

I personally stick to rapid and daily. Chess is a game of perfect information; the person with better logic and strategy will win.

I love rapid cause it has the perfect time control to not get stressed in but not get bored like in daily, it’s really your choice but I highly suggest rapid.

Given your strong rating in rapid (1100) but struggles in blitz (600), you might benefit from focusing more on rapid for improvement.

Bullet is all about pattern recognition and rapid is building strategies to use. Blitz works on both. They all build on each other
