should I just quit chess?

I really enjoy playing, I love chess honestly, and I try to study and learn new tactics, and it’s only been a few months since I started but it feels like I constantly play people around my level that just never make mistakes. I mean I’m also just really bad and feel like I won’t get better no matter how hard I focus. Feels like tilt lasts days and my wins are no longer as often or valuable as they were when I started. Just wondering if it’s just worth quitting instead of setting myself up for failure. It’s really not that I hate losing, it’s that it feels like the luck of the draw of my opponent is just tough more often than not and it’s not fun. Feel free to review my games and shred my idiocy 🥲🤙🏻

Instead of focusing on rating and win/loss, start tracking other goals.

I would just quit, I have given up expecting any improvement. When you reach your level that is it, despite people telling you otherwise. I lose most of my games on time, no one can learn to think quicker and keep improving, there is a limit, but the a holes on here will tell you otherwise.

Just play for fun. Online chess is full of cheaters and smurfs and nothing can stop the toxicity.
