I did, but this is not the first time and surely not the last, and anyone I have reported in the past have had no action on them. Chess com should really address this nonsense.

You're right. I also had such opponents who will say stinky or curry smelly and more bad words (that I can't even write here) for me when they were losing badly. Chess.com really didn't took action (maybe this racism is not considered serious for the platform?) so at the end I had to close my in-game chat. So I can understand your situation. 

I don't know why people can't co-exist peacefully and just play chess happily. 😞

I think Chess.com can't get access to the game chat. They got to fix that so that they can ban those people that writes that type of stuff.

Agreed. This has many times with me too. The people I report keep annoying me the whole game. Chess.com should really do something about this. It will be bad for everybody if this is left unattended.

There was another troll in the forums bumping my old posts harassing indians for no reason. They were closed for abuse so just report them in this game.
