What is not fair? Chess is a very hard game. It takes a lot of time and effort to become good at it. I think you need to manage your expectations a little.

If you are serious about improving, there are plenty of free resources on the internet, including this site.

Here's the secret to chess improvement:

Find an electric socket. Jam a fork into it as hard as you can. You will see shockingly fast results.

What omg but then I would get shocks going all through my body!????

If you are playing by the rules, chess is the same - online or 'offline'. But there are some more details that players need to pay attention while playing 'offline'. Such as the correct placement of the pieces on the board and legal piece movements - these are only examples. I find that playing online helps me 'see more' tactics than offline (that is something i'm trying to improve myself).
As ways to improve I dearly advise watching the lessons available here on chess, com - even the basic ones. I have learned much even on the most basic lessons - of things that I was sure I already knew a lot about.

You have no right to beat your dad. You are a menace

I looked at your games, and here are a few pieces of advice. The first 3 are the most important.

1. Don't just play random moves. Use your time and think, try to find good moves.

2. Don't throw away your pieces.

3. If you can take a piece for free, take it.

4. Learn how to checkmate with a queen and rook (or 2 rooks).

If you're used to playing online, switching to over the board chess you might not be as comfortable. It might lead to you not recognizing patterns as effectively. It can make a slight difference in your performance.

There are many good resources out there. You can search the YT for "chess for beginners." You'll find quite a few youtubers, watch them, see who you like, then follow those you do.

This course seems to be quite good for beginners: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AshEhLcPHqU&list=PLQKBpQZcRycrvUUxLdVmlfMChJS0S5Zw0. Since you already know the rules, you can skip the first few lessons.
