Rating in puzzles on lichess and chess com have nothing in common. And both have nothing in common with your rating in games. Solving puzzles is a tool for improving calculation. Both chess com and lichess puzlles are useful. And there is chesstempo too etc. The more different puzzles you solve, the better your calculation will become.
my chess.com puzzle rating is 1300 and lichess is 1800-1900.
