I won 9 rapid rated games in a row will I get banned?

No, chess.com aren't going to ban you for cheating because you won a few games, nor because someone accused you of it. I looked at the 99.5 game -- you played 11 moves, the first six were basic opening moves, and the next two were taking a piece that took one of yours. Any player your rating would make those moves, and while you did good to spot the tactics in the following 3 moves, they were nothing I wouldn't expect an opponent your rating to find if I allowed them. Moreover, chess.com isn't going to ban you over three moves in one game.
Winning a bunch of games in a row isn't a prosecutable offense either; certainly not 9. Even if every game is a coinflip that's only 1/512 odds for a given 9-game sample, and if you're having a good day your odds go way up. If that were bannable, everyone who plays on chess.com would be banned within a year, save maybe a few accounts rated 200...
long story short, chess.com knows what they're doing, just continue not cheating and you'll continue not being banned for cheating
