I still can’t get iOS to mobile achievement chess.com

I am a bit of a new player, and like most of you, I want to get all achievements. However, I can’t seem to get this one specifically. And before you ask, yes I downloaded the app, yes I signed in, I am on iOS, and I have played games. But none of this worked. Hopefully someone can help me with this.
You mean the you play chess with iOS! Achievement? I got that as soon as I signed in.
yeah, it just wont work. i still dont know why, maybe specify what way you signed in?

I'm using android and I play chess on GOOGLE and not on an app so maybe why it's not letting you on an app
And it worked on android
