I NEED TO PLAY SLOWER

I just play 15/10 games and for some reason I end up with 13 min left. I need God to help me, how do you guys play chess any slower?

Me : "but beginners blitz out all there moves "

Probably just play a tad bit faster it doesn't have to be blitz it can still be rapid and increment is probably better (not sure )

If I guess that means your thinking around 5-10 minutes per move about

When you see a good move, sit on your hands for a moment and see if you can find a better one.

Before making the move, make sure to calculate at least one move in advance, ending the calculation on your turn. (Basically, be prepared for a response. This should eliminate many blunders.)
