I was stuck at 1800 for like 3 months progress isn't linear don't worry about it if your "elo " doesn't increase for a few weeks just focus on getting better and learning how to understand chess/move pieces and other things like that

Nah it does it depends on how you learn though sometimes people learn better in slower time controls others learn when it's faster pace

It gets harder the higher up you go everyone just gets better and better plus if your stuck just try new things it might take weeks or months but as long as your learning new things (particularly playing styles and how to win /not play as bad as before in your own games ) you should be good even if your stuck

Endgames are always useful at higher levels and learning anew opening can be fun

Study endgames.
