Maybe you were actually playing the account holder's mongoloid kid.
Maybe the person had a kid who was just learning chess and was playing with you
Even strong players can make mistakes, especially if they're not focused or playing too quickly.
The 2000 made some serious blunders. Perhaps they were distracted. Or perhaps they're simply over-rated.
A better question might be: why is a 2000 playing against an 800 in the first place?

There is less than a 1% chance an 800 will ever beat a 2000 with accurate rating...that guy was just playing unrated...and it looks like that's what he's mostly doing
His win rate against other 2000 is horrible...looks like he's got a ratio of like 2 wins to 12 loses
