If you are below 600, then a good place to start would be learning basic checkmates and basic endgames and just rely on chess opening principles for the opening. I recommenced analyzing games and looking at your moves. Also I recommend doing puzzles until you are about a 800-900 in puzzles and once you do that play some blitz to learn not to gain rating. While playing blitz you will analyze positions faster. Ps: I am a 390 ELO btw
