Tilt is when you lose a game, and then you keep losing games after that.

oh idk

DesperateKingWalk

By stop caring about losing after losing. And move on to the next game.

When did you tilt?

I tilted four times last year and recovered lol. I’m not going thru that again this year…

Take a break for a few days!

BobbyGotFischered

The obvious suggestion would be to take a break but this can be hard advice to follow when actually in tilt mode. A workaround that helps me is make sure to try to analyze a game after you play it. That break from playing for a few minutes can be enough to either get over the tilt or realise you're playing way below your normal level and it make it easier to stop playing for a while.

NO WAY!

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.

Ask your doctor for beta blockers.

darvinhansen

Play 1 game a day only on the time format you care about. And do not play late at night.

Just don't lose
