Take a break for a few days!
The obvious suggestion would be to take a break but this can be hard advice to follow when actually in tilt mode. A workaround that helps me is make sure to try to analyze a game after you play it. That break from playing for a few minutes can be enough to either get over the tilt or realise you're playing way below your normal level and it make it easier to stop playing for a while.

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.
Ask your doctor for beta blockers.
Play 1 game a day only on the time format you care about. And do not play late at night.
