Kd1 is the best move. You can see it yourself if you click on Analysis.

Funny when I click on analysis it says kd1 is a good move and kd2 is the best move.

I don't know how you call it, but it's a magnifying glass icon with "Analysis" written there. In the picture above it's in the upper left corner of the black area on the right.
I can move the king to e2 but then I have to deal with another threat of the bishop check.

That's the one I clicked (you can see it's lit up) and you can see the engine used and depth (28) as well.
