I've been doing well to responding to tactics this days due to my continued puzzle solvings, but I still don't really get the ways on playing positional and strategic slow chess, I often managed to let go of crucial and winning positions because of my lackness..... I hope you guys can help me!

You could get a Chessable course on positional play to try to practice like you do for tactics possibly.

I read several books about strategy, but they are in czech or russian language… Just study games of cllssics, for example Tarrasch, Rubinstein, Capablanca, Botvinnik etc.
