Just go to the classical Chess.com website, go to settings, select the Board and Pieces option and select Real 3D pieces at the end of the list of pieces

I tried this and it did not work. I also tried playing a game and it still did not work. Any other help?

Nevermind, I found my mistake

Go to settings at the bottom instead of the theme. then click save preferences after switching the pieces to real 3d

you have to pick board and pieces instead of theme after going into the settings.
