How do I reach rapid 1400

Almost everything chess will help (other than blitz/bullet) but that’ll probably help the most
Focus mainly on opening principles and tactics. Hopefully by this point you've chosen an opening for white and for black that you are comfortable with. It is probably a good idea to begin studying the development and middle game ideas so that you have a good idea for the plans involved with The openings you like to play. Other than that make sure you have a good thought process for your games and that you're analyzing all of them. Remember checks captures and threats. For now it's pretty simple in the 1200 range. Once you hit 1400 - 1500 the game definitely becomes a LOT more studious.
