Is there any hash limit in GiB and any limit for number of threads when you use Komodo Dragon 3.3 ?

It's going to be determined on your available resources.

Yes, but is it any upper limit?
Let say I have 128 GB RAM, can I use it?

The documentation that comes with the download has information but you shouldn't use all the memory, since other processes also use it, so probably don't want to commit more than 80% in any case.

It depends on your OS. If you have Debian, you can use almost all RAM for instance. The question is if Komodo can allocate 120 GiB RAM.

It should be able to. I don't recall there being a hard limit but if there is it will be in the documentation.
