Falsely reported

So I was playing blitz, and my opponent made quite a few mistakes. He leaves pieces hanging and I capture them, nothing out of the ordinary. Then suddenly he stalls, types "Reported." and blocks the chat. I figured he must have thought I was cheating.
What do you guys think? Imo it doesn't even look like I was cheating, I made a few inaccuracies too lol
Meh just ignore him. sometimes happens to me too
And chessDOTcom also closes the wrong accounts. I resigned a game because I didn't want to wait for white to make their second move. They just stalled and ate away the time on the clock. Their account should have been banned not mine.

Stalling is an infraction. You can lose internet connection if there is inactivity on your side. It's not like OTB. I would normally agree, but online players shouldn't stall in the beginning.
The point is to play a game, not sit around and watch a clock go down.
5 and 6. It's still a free win you are also in the wrong for resigning.
