Ethical or not ethical?

Hey guys. I've been playing chess casually for smth around half year. IDK, if it is only for me that hard, but I can't learn the openings that easy as I thought.

So I am wondering: Can I study meanwhile playing? Look at some videos from Levy and still make a move inspired by him? Obviously I am not using stockFish and the move I'll make even inspired by Levy won't be the best move in most cases.

I wanna know your opinions, as the rules by chess.com as well as ethical view on this topic.

So what do you think?

You can during Daily games but for live games, no

I was just musing how if you always have a couple of Daily games going, technically, your entire life is "during" a Daily game, so imagine if you weren't allowed to study during a Daily game.
