Hi everyone,
I've been having a recurring issue with my connection while playing live games on Chess.com, particularly in Bughouse and King of the Hill. The problem occurs whenever I don't make a move for around 10+ seconds. After this brief pause, I receive a message saying that I've disconnected, even though I haven't changed any of my settings or made any adjustments to my internet configuration.
At first, I thought my opponent wasn't moving, but then the disconnection message pops up, and I have to refresh the page to reconnect. This is becoming quite frustrating as it's affecting my ability to enjoy the games.
For reference, I'm using Google Chrome and haven't made any changes to my ISP, computer, or browser settings. Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
