Chess Up 2 piece identification

Hi.   Waiting for my board to arrive but wondering if there is an 'easy' way to ensure that all pieces are recognized on all squares?

When you set up the board it will signify if the pieces are set up correctly.

I know it will signify if the board is set up correctly....however some owners have discovered, by chance, that a piece might not be recognized on a certain square. I'd like to be able to check that, but not by chance. I could spend time placing every piece on every square but would prefer to avoid that. Wanted to know if there was some other way to ensure that every piece was recognized on every possible square.

I haven't seen every post made here on the board but the only piece issues I've seen posed about is that a problem piece isn't read by the board at all.
