Chess.com support sucks

Has anyone else had a hard time with chess.com’s customer support? I’ve been trying for days to get my account appealed for a false closing and haven’t gotten a response from them at all. They responded to my first email and that was it. Wasnt helpful at all. I’m also a paying customer to Chess.com. Do they only respond to GM's or popular youtubers???

Great they're all about the money that's they don't care about Chess they don't care about helping anyone play chess they are selfish

I've contacted them a couple of times and support has gotten back to me less than 24 hours both times. Are you using the Help -> Contact support -> My account is closed option?

1, They're really busy is my guess. They probably receive thousands of these messages every day. I do think they should hire more people to help with that though. My guess, is just lack of man power

I did, but they are probably busy.

Usually chess.com support responds within 3 business days, but they may take longer if busy as others mentioned. What is also likely is that the response chess.com sent to your email was sent to a spam folder mistakenly if you don't have that setup.

Chess.com support is really helpful IF you get a reply. Response to queries seems like a very part-time activity.

As you're not a mod, you shouldn't post using any sort of green. Chess.com has traditionally been very strict with that - maybe they're less so nowadays, but still.
