I’ve realized nothing is more annoying than winning at a game and losing at the end because some random distraction comes up at work. Literally just happened on my last game. Sometimes I sit for hours with nothing to do and the second I start a quick rapid game, suddenly everyone wants to chat or needs me. I guess it’s true when people say NEVER play at work lol
It's like distractions have a sixth sense for when you're most focused.

What type of job allows you to play chess while on the clock?
maybe he's talking abt school. it sure feels like a job just without the pay.
