The staff also blamed me for a different issue. The staff are trying not to get exposed because if they do get exposed they might lose a ton of profits because people are not going to come to chess.com and on top of that they might lose more money in a lawsuit. Why does the chess.com blame others when you know it is your responsibility. This is my case: I disconnect every day and chess.com blamed me for the the problem.

Your flag says that you live on a tiny island in the middle of nowhere. I think it is amazing that you have any connectivity at all.

The Faroe Islands has 4g internet and that is good. So why did you say that insult before researching?

Dude Justbefair the Faroe Islands are not that far away from Scotland it’s only about 330 km away or about 200 miles away for folks from America!

And maybe you never heard of them so that’s why you would say that. Also do research and don’t get lazy so you don’t have to do research. The reason I complained about chess.com is because I have evidence for myself I experienced myself and you had NO experience at all. Haha!

Why does the site crash a lot recently I have been seeing the site crash a lot. So WHY?

Otherplayer41
That basically means that people are stalling, which is not allowed.
Otherplayer41
I know, right?
Otherplayer41
The app doesn’t crash that much though.
FelixN2022

It’s the website not the app

It does look like you had 25 abandonment wins in the last month out of 898 games. That is a lot.

But you play an awful lot of games. 25 out of 898 games is annoying but doesn't seem to me to be an epidemic.

Chess.com does have a sportsmanship program in place. I hope you reported each and every one of them. When someone accumulates enough reports, they get penalized by having delays between games and they get put into a special pool with other players who do the same thing.

Here is another recent thread: https://www.chess.com/forum/view/community/chess-com-needs-to-address-abandonment-issues

Some of them are partly your fault.

How often does that work?

Very cool response 🕶️ 🕶️

Chess.com's business model is confusing. Titled players (free + prize money), Free members (many who don't care much for the game or the site, and abuse the system and other players) WELCOME!

Paying members (who support all this). You need to accept the players who cheat, won't finish their game, won't make a move but start hundreds of games and never move. Oh and foot the bill for everyone else. After 10 years I decided to let you pay for me. Thanks!
