The most important thing you should do is to learn how to checkmate with a queen (or rook).

Also, you should think twice or thrice about sacrificing anything. If you don't see an obvious and immediate payoff, don't do it.

This bishop sacrifice is obviously bad, you went from completely winning to losing in one move. Hard to understand what your thinking process was.
