I have given you all information, not got any reply. concerning player is still playing like he want, even tho he should be banned right away, not even a real nickname. Even that he was reported several times, and you even promise here to take personally care, you are actually just prooving it: This behaviour is accepted by chess.com, even if absolutely not acceptable. i dont know any browsergame, especially not of this size, where this is possible. all i can do is not to put my money here anymore. really sad.
oh yeah, thanks for your relevant and nice post. hope you will have some happy moments tonight so you dont need to waste your times reading stupid posts and stuff.

Its already the second time in a short while, that i am beeing insulted and taunted by some stranger, for no reason. This time i even got a privat message, from that person, with some taunting content.. Reporting such players have no effect, i can see that they are allowed to continue playing and they might just keep doing that. Its really annoying and i wonder why chess.com seem to accept that?
