I wanna know who was Mikhail Tals opponent. (Tal is white here)

EDIT: FOUND IT. He was just playing a random unknown chess enjoyer in 1963.

Nope, I looked it up, this game was just identical to the one Mikhail Tal played. Turns out Tal was just playing a random guy at a chess club in 1963.
