The lower your elo is the easier it is to get high accuracy because your opponents are worse. I'm 950 and average 65 accuracy. (Could be a skill issue)

Is this still accurate? about 2 years ago i was around 1000 before i stopped playing as much. Now i'm getting smashed consistently by 600s with 85-90% accuracy lol
