Can I play with a friend on Chess.com on a same computer (not on the Chess.com app, but on the website)?

That will let both of you play on the same screen. Of course it does not get registered or affect your rating. If that is what you meant.

Open two browsers and different accounts.

As it was said before me: Open two browser windows (one incognito because otherwise it might override a session and complain). Then put those windows side by side so each player can see the board from his perspective. Then start a match and put board to fullscreen on both windows. Players can share the mouse. It might work...
