I am 2100 puzzle but only 750 rapid, I can’t seem to improve what can I do?

I am only 1400 rapid but the first thing I would recommend is learning an opening for white and black. I did this from YouTube and just looked at a few and just find one you like. I play the English with white and the French for e4 and either the Dutch or Nf3 against d4.
Dońt compare rating in games with rating in puzzles, it has nothing in common. In game you have to solve puzzles not only for you but also fot your opponent!
