This opening just gives away .8 on eval and can be easily refuted by 2. Nc6, which gets a tempo on the queen, and you can later develop many other pieces including; d4, Nf3, Be2 etc. very easily, while black loses tempo and development withing the first few moves.
The Scandinavian is a horrible Opening which should never be played.
