That mating pattern, assuming you were looking at the board upside down and meant Qf7#, is called the scholar's mate.
now I got the name of it. thank you silentfilmstar13. Yes obviously I did not look carefully at the board. 
Hi! This is my first posting here.
This is my latest victory. My opponent thought he would set up and attack early. Unluckily for him, My aggresive moves and impervious defense were too much for my opponent to master. In classic style, I was able to set up an attack which led to his king walking on a one way path...to checkmate.
