This was a pretty clean caro game for me as black. White was just trading down pieces. Had a blunder in the opening which I saw after I made the move.. would just lose a pawn.. he didnt see it. But as he was keeping it equal I laid out a plan using my pawn structure. Once he took the queen trade and I got my rook behind his pawn I knew he would be in trouble. Slowly put the hurt on him as he burned the clock! Engine thought it was more equal but this 1700 was squirming trying to come up with every move.
