what is a great move/brilliant/best move according to stockfish 16 in game review maybe also in analysis (idk) for example taking that rook would be the best move and not a great move if i played it

I do not know what you are on about, stockfish 16.1 says great move (!)

Same, but it has happened more than once for me. Here is the last 100% accuracy game I played (my opponent ran out of time).
