Is this a insufficient material draw?

Is there no way for black to checkmate white if white helped out a bit? Is there really no position the white pieces to could be at to surround the white king and the black knight to give checkmate?

If Black times out White wins, because a pawn is considered sufficient material.

If White times out, it is a draw on this site due to insufficient material.

Fide/USCF/ChessDotCom all have various rules which are similar but slightly different from each other. On this site it does not matter if it is possible, one must learn and play by the rules as stated wherever you play.

It is only for practical reasons. Fide etc. have rules that include a third person to judge. Internet sites must have rules a machine can administrate.

it is probably draw due to 50 move rule

50-move rule is no pawn pushes, captures. White is extremely likely to push a pawn when you have the chance. Also, white can win if she is thoughtful and paying attention to the position.
