Rook takes the Bishop

TheChessTechie
Black's bishop cannot take the queen because it is pinned to the king by white's rook

It clearly said "white to play" right there

LISTEN UP:

Qb3# is the only mate guys, the bishop can't take the queen cause the rook pins it to the king.

Rxg8+ is NOT mate as the queen can block the check.

Bh2+ is NOT mate as the queen can also cover.

The queen cannot be moved off the f8-a2 diagonal as it is PINNED! The queen can still move to b3 since it is PART OF THE DIAGONAL. Moves like Qc8 move off the diagonal pin and are therefore ILLEGAL!

This post should clear up most misunderstandings. (Refer to post 15 for more context/a clearer explanation if neccesary)
