I woudl think that to be impossible...firstly, a pawn is on the first rank. Secondly, there are too many promoted pieces. And the clincher is that white's last move (delivering checkmate) is illegal because the black king was already in check!
So it's illegal

I know that. I was quoting 1NaturalDisaster. Plus, if you really think it's legal, why don't you just prove me wrong? Give a sequence of moves leading to that position.
