Ppl with 2k 3k 6k games in 400 elo

Supposedly 400 elo is beginner elo and I play with people with thousands of games who know openings, middlegame and endgames, I'm not crying I'm just surprised that they play so many games and are 400 elo. Personally, I will stop playing when I reach 1,000 games and am still 400 elo. I would understand that it is not my thing and I would move on, but what I see is insane
Some people (I'd say most) just play to enjoy, not progress, and that's totally fine
Some players don't actively seek improvement or reflect on their mistakes.
The thing is theres many Player that supposed to be 1600 but they are stuck at 400 because they choose to be new to chess when they first installl the app it's good to just go with the advanced so you are 1600 already
