How can I get to 1500 elo from 1200 in three weeks time

I have a friend that is 1500 I told him I will reach 1700 before the year ends but I have to reach 1500 first so any of you got ideas
Since I have never reached 1700 on this site, but have reached 1500 before here (although at the moment at just under 1400 rapid), I would say, be very talented, put in a lot of effort, analyse your games, study, do puzzles, put in at least a couple hours a day, and maybe, though unlikely you will make it.
